Many questions arise on how the future factories will look like. One of the answers for sure on the criteria future factories is that it must be based on sustainable development concept. In fact, as the world faces unprecedented challenges from energy, materials shortages, and climate changes threats, pandemic Ncovid in 2020, therefore green factories model designed to provide solutions at a lower cost solution while creating significantly less waste and durable in term of social impact in term of medical system.. Factories that can be called green are different from conventional facilities and operate in an environmentally responsible manner. The green factories are design, construct and maintain the buildings and operations into one that invest in sustainable development opportunities that give quick paybacks including those which will reduce cost over the long term. The Green Factories Model is developed as a means of promoting environmental friendly facilities, hygiene  with proper site planning, carefully selected materials to minimize life cycle environmental impacts, use water and energy more efficiently, provide the facilities and services for the worker in warranty their normal life. The future of green factory required to examine the processes; products & building design footprint.
