With the design approach treating the site as a work of art, DVK ASIA propose for a new hotel in Vinh. The site situated on the western lakeside area and rises about couple of meters above the water level. the shape of yields is very potentially for a great developing a hotel concept.  Many questions arise on how the future factories will look like. One of the answers for sure on the criteria future factories is that it must be based on sustainable development concept. In fact, as the world faces unprecedented challenges from energy, materials shortages, and climate changes threats, pandemic Ncovid in 2020, therefore green factories model designed to provide solutions at a lower cost solution while creating significantly less waste and durable in term of social impact in term of medical system.. Factories that can be called green are different from conventional facilities and operate in an environmentally responsible manner. The green factories are design, construct and maintain the buildings and operations into one that invest in sustainable development opportunities that give quick paybacks including those which will reduce cost over the long term. The Green Factories Model is developed as a means of promoting environmental friendly facilities, hygiene with proper site planning, carefully selected materials to minimize life cycle environmental impacts, use water and energy more efficiently, provide the facilities and services for the worker in warranty their normal life. The future of green factory required to examine the processes; products & building design footprint. @DVKASIA  Minimalist interior design is becoming so popular today because people are getting busier and overwhelmed with constant pressure from demanding careers and personal lives. Home should be our sanctuary or a retreat for our entire family at the end of a hectic day to get away from the overstimulated world. Minimalism fosters mental clarity and calming so it can increase our ability to focus and process information. A minimalist home has less stuff to clean so you can spend more time on your personal pursuit in life thereby increasing your life satisfaction. Less is more. A minimalist home not only has minimum furniture but each piece is minimal in itself. This doesn’t necessarily mean the home will look cold, stark, unfinished and sterile.  COME BACK TO BINH LAP FOR DEEP UNDERSTANDING THE LANDSCAPING AND TYPOLOGY OF NEW HOSPITALITY PROJECT. Sunlight dance on the sea Tender thoughts occur to me... Binh Lap is about 80 km away from the center of Nha Trang city and 50 km from Cam Ranh airport. Apart from breathe-taking landscape, this island also has beautiful coral reefs that are hidden under clear blue seawater. Binh Lap Island is considered one of “Four female musicians” painting of Khanh Hoa (Khánh Hòa) province. It is commented as a quiet but charming girl. This feature is in contrast to the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang city. Coming to Binh Lap Island, we are surely be surprised at the nature’s masterpiece. This island is untouched and not exploited significantly up to now. That is why you will feel like entering a totally different world.. DVK ASIA in this turning for new concept proposal as hospitality part, including Cherry Blossom Park and these bungalow floating within composition matching the local natural pattern.  Aminona is a luxurious winter resort and spa located in Crans Montana-Mollens, developed by Russian investor from Miraz Group. Together with Grand Architect Philippe Gaillard, we created energy efficient building to meet the European Mi-Energies norms requirement. Development of 05 new hotel towers based on 07 hotel towers renovated by Sir Philippe Gaillard. The hotel design by inspired the shape of pine tree, reflecting its inspiration towards ecological and sustainability . while being contemporary with luxurious and state of the art amenities. @DVK ASIA  This is a project that we are fortunate to work with a great developer. Renovating a building that's been in operation for more than 20 years is a challenge. We wrapped it up by the waves of the riverbank under the moonlight on the mid-autumn night… @DVK ASIA We developed a research topic by dvk asia about apartment buildings in saigon from 1945 to present. Provided us a panoramic view and the formation of urban design in southern of Vietnam.
